January was an amazing month.  I spent time collaborating with some truly exceptional people, attended several parties, and did a 5K when it was 46 degrees (BRRRRRRRRR).  I also attended an ICONIC conference in Las Vegas to Make People Matter.  Our mission is to create a movement to have a positive impact on every person on the planet.  This is a huge undertaking, of course, but I think you'll agree that we need to make some major changes in how everyone treats each other.
