This month I am talking about things to do to create a good year for yourself or maintain the momentum you have already started.  While creating a positive and successful year, it's important to remember that some days will be more productive than others.  If you maintain your focus and take one step forward each day you will be amazed at what you will have accomplished by the end of the year.

Take time, slow down, unplug from your devices as often as possible.  Be present in your life and mindful of the present.

Today's coaching challenge

When was the last time you stopped long enough to appreciate what you have in your life and all that you have accomplished up to this moment?

A few days ago a friend of mine pointed out many of the things I had recently accomplished that I wasn't personally acknowledging.  We have to slow down to reflect on not only what we have done but also what is already present in our lives.

Action to take

 What good is in your life right now that you either haven't noticed or were too busy to appreciate?  Take a few moments to reflect on your surroundings and your life.
