This month's newsletter is about setting limits/boundaries.  So my Java's will be about setting boundaries for technology, work, and food.  Not creating clear boundaries can cause stress and since I'm all about helping you reduce stress let's go deeper into these topics.  This week we are looking at work boundaries.

"Nobody said setting healthy boundaries at work would be easy...do it anyways."---Anon

Living in a free country you have the right to expect to be treated with dignity and respect even in your workplace, however, you may have to set your own boundaries to make that happen. Remember you get what you tolerate.

Today's coaching challenge

Are there things that you put up with at work that aren't a part of your job, such as frequent unnecessary interruptions by a co-worker??

It may not be interruptions but most of us have things that we allow into our work hours that without them the day would flow with more ease.

Action to take

What would you like to change so you can have more peace at work while focusing on treating the other person involved with dignity and respect?

Always supporting you,                                                                                                                                                                                                  Jan
