On our journey through life, we often forget to pause and truly live. It's time to step away from the daily grind and dare to live boldly embracing a life filled with joy and authenticity.  This week is about getting more comfortable expressing your feelings.

One of the beautiful things about sharing your feelings with others is that you frequently find they are feeling the same way as you; scared, happy, maybe anxious. It's completely normal to feel any number of emotions throughout the day and sharing them with others is part of what makes us human.

Today's Coaching Challenge

When was the last time you opened up to someone when you were feeling a little down or sad?  How about when you had something to celebrate, and you wanted to share it?

You will find that you can easily get support and encouragement from others during challenging times when you take the chance of sharing your feelings.  Equally when you are on top of the world share that as well.  Let other people pat you on the back and congratulate you.  Sharing your feelings and emotions benefits the other person as much as you.

Action to take

If expressing your feelings to others is uncomfortable for you, start small.  Share how you feel about something insignificant with someone you can trust.  Then as that gets easier you can move on to bigger things and share with people outside of your inner circle.
